If you are having a problem logging in, we request that you please clear cache from your computer memory. For this, you need to close all the browsers and then log on to http://my.monster.com.ph
 

Microsoft internet explorer 6.x, 5.x and 4.x for windows:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click 'Internet Options' on either the 'Tools' menu (version 5/6) or 'View' menu (ver. 4).
  3. On the 'General' tab, click 'Delete Files' under 'Temporary Internet Files'.
  4. Click 'OK' on the 'Delete Files' popup box.
  5. Click 'OK'.
  6. Close Internet Explorer before attempting to access Monster.com again at http://my.monster.com.ph.
 

Netscape:

  1. Open Netscape.
  2. On the 'Edit' menu, click 'Preferences'.
  3. On the 'Categories' list, click 'Cache' below the 'Advanced' option.
  4. Click on 'Clear Memory Cache' and click 'OK'.
  5. Click on 'Clear Disk Cache' and click 'OK'.  (Note:  Some versions of Netscape have only one 'Clear Cache' button.)
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close Netscape before attempting to access Monster.com again at http://my.monster.com.ph.
 

Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. On the Tools menu, click “Clear Private data”.
  3. Then choose check box options on Cookies and Cache.
  4. Click on “Clear Private data now”Close that browser, open another browser to Monster http://my.monster.com.ph.
